Terms of Use
Last updated: [DATE]
Draft. SchreibMama English is not released yet; this text is still being reviewed and will be finalised before launch.
These terms apply to the app SchreibMama English ("the app"), offered by Nur Baykara. By downloading and using the app you agree to them.
1. Licence
You receive a simple, non-transferable right to use the app on your devices for personal, non-commercial purposes. If installed from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if installed from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.
2. Price
- [FREE VARIANT] The app is free. There are no adverts and no in-app purchases.
- [PAID VARIANT] The first three quizzes are free. Weekly goals and rewards stay free. Unlimited practice needs a SchreibMama Pro subscription (monthly or yearly), paid through your Apple ID or Google Play account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can turn off auto-renewal in your store account settings. Refunds follow the store's rules.
3. Account
An account is optional and only used to back up learning statistics. Without an account all learning data stays on the device.
4. Using the app
The app must not be misused, reverse-engineered, copied or resold. Content, word lists, audio and design are protected by copyright. Green Line is a trademark of Ernst Klett Verlag; the app is not affiliated with or endorsed by the publisher.
5. Availability and changes
The app is developed continuously; features may change or be removed. There is no right to uninterrupted availability.
6. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to foreseeable damage. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
7. Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live (e.g. the UK) remain unaffected.
